NEW BALANCE BB V3 Series – High-end American-made 990 Series: Sleek, Classic, Comfortable, Versatile, Stylish, Retro, Casual, Shock-Absorbing, Breathable Running Shoes. This shoe model features the MCD (Motion Control Device) heel stabilization system, which was a highly successful innovation at the time and is still used in NewBalance shoes today. The NewBalance 990, released in 1982, not only emerged around the same time as Nike’s Air Force 1 but was also one of the most expensive shoes in the entire sneaker industry at the time. The ENCAP shock-absorbing midsole enhances stability and support in the mid-foot area. A patented shock-absorbing insole prevents the spine, knees, and ankles from being subjected to improper ground forces. The midsole features a carbon fiber plate for added support. There is also a unique logo on the heel area, exclusive to the limited edition version.
